Lead Squeezers – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by BlueRock Group LLC dba Lead Squeezers (“Lead Squeezers,” “we,” “us,” “our”), including without limitation our marketing tools, CRM dashboard (now built on the GoHighLevel white-label platform), websites (including leadsqueezers.com, leadsqueezers.io, and subdomains), etc. By subscribing to or using our Services, you (“you,” “your,” “Subscriber,” or “User”) accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who May Use the Services
You may use the Services only if you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, at least 18 years old (or of majority in your jurisdiction), and you will comply with all applicable laws. Use by anyone under the age of 13 is prohibited, and certain Services may have additional eligibility restrictions.
2. License; Ownership
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, Lead Squeezers grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services (including the GoHighLevel white-label CRM) for the number of users/seat(s) in your plan. All rights, title and interest in and to the Services (including software, platforms, dashboards, features, hosting, integrations) remain with Lead Squeezers and/or its licensors.
3. White-Label CRM Platform
As part of your subscription, the CRM platform provided is a white-label version of the GoHighLevel software (“GoHighLevel Platform”). Your account is subject to the GoHighLevel standard terms, conditions, acceptable use policy, and any limits or restrictions imposed by GoHighLevel or by Lead Squeezers under its reseller or white-label arrangements. You acknowledge and agree that Lead Squeezers may modify, suspend or discontinue access to the GoHighLevel Platform (or portions thereof) as necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific features or integrations of the underlying GoHighLevel Platform.
4. Your Data and Backup Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all data you upload, import or generate within your Lead Squeezers account (the “User Data”). This includes, but is not limited to, leads, contacts, emails, texts, call logs, pipelines, documents, automations, settings and integrations.
Important: You agree that it is your responsibility to regularly back up/export your User Data. Unforeseen events (internet outages, platform failures, third-party failures, data corruption, etc.) may result in loss or unrecoverable data. Lead Squeezers is not responsible for such loss of User Data.
If you unsubscribe, cancel or your account is terminated, your User Data will be deleted or purged in accordance with Section 10 below — you must export/download your User Data before such termination if you wish to retain it.
5. Fees, Billing and Cancellations
(a) You agree to pay all applicable subscription or usage fees by the payment method you provide. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
(b) You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise specified. No prorated refunds will be issued unless required by law.
(c) Upon cancellation or termination of your account, you will lose access to the Services and your User Data will be deleted or locked as described in Section 10.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (login, password, API keys, etc.). You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. Lead Squeezers shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
7. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
You shall use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-spam, telemarketing, data protection, privacy, and communications regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR if applicable). You shall not use our Services to engage in:
Illegal or fraudulent activities;
Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination;
Sending unsolicited or spam communications;
Uploading or distributing viruses, malware, malicious code;
Interfering with, disrupting, or gaining unauthorized access to the Services or other users’ data;
Reverse-engineering the Services or bypassing authentication or security controls;
Using third-party content in violation of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws.
Lead Squeezers reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or create a security risk or legal liability for us or other Users.
8. Third-Party Services & Integrations
The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party services, tools or software (including but not limited to the GoHighLevel Platform). Lead Squeezers does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their performance, availability or compliance with law. Use of such third-party services is at your own risk and may require separate terms or fees.
9. Modification of Services
Lead Squeezers reserves the right at any time to modify, upgrade, suspend or discontinue any feature of the Services (including features of the GoHighLevel Platform) without prior notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuation.
10. Data Deletion Upon Termination
Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription or account, you acknowledge and agree that we may immediately or reasonably promptly disable access to your account. Your User Data may be deleted or permanently purged within such timeframe as we determine (which may be immediate). YOU MUST EXPORT your User Data prior to termination if you wish to retain it — we are not responsible for retaining or retrieving data after termination.
If you later re-subscribe or sign up again, there is no guarantee that prior data will be recovered.
11. Warranties & Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAD SQUEEZERS AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAD SQUEEZERS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, OR ANY OTHER MATTER UNDER THESE TERMS. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Lead Squeezers, its affiliates, licensors and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your User Data or your violation of third-party rights.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising under or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its choice of law rules. You and Lead Squeezers consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming for any dispute arising from these Terms.
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website or dashboard. We will notify you of any material changes by posting an announcement. Your continued use of the Services after such changes means you accept them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
16. General Terms
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver by Lead Squeezers of any breach shall be effective unless in writing and signed by Lead Squeezers.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lead Squeezers regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Lead Squeezers’ prior written consent. Lead Squeezers may freely assign these Terms.
